Employee Assistance Program

The City of Jacksonville has obtained the services of Southwest EAP (employee assistance program) for City employees to utilize.  An EAP is a confidential service designed to help employees and their families with personal or work related problems.  Southwest EAP is free to you and your immediate family and is provided by the City to assist you in areas such as:

  • Career concerns and job stress
  • Child and Elder care resources
  • Marriage/Relationship issues
  • Budgeting and Financial Referrals
