Due to COVID-19, our Annual Christmas Parade will look a little different this year. The Jacksonville Parks & Recreation Department wants to keep the Christmas spirit alive by hosting a Reverse Christmas Parade on December, 5th from 2 pm - 4 pm. This parade features decorated floats and the featured guest, Santa, along with parade favorites: marching bands, floats, dance groups, and the fire department. The parade will begin at the corner of James St. and Main Street and will end at First United Methodist Church on Main Street. Admission is FREE! AR Department of Health guidelines will be enforced. We are asking community members to set up their floats at stationary spots for spectators to drive along the parade route and view. There will be no fee to enter.
