If someone has a warrant, they can turn themselves in on weekdays between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday at the Jacksonville Court Building at 1412 W. Main St. You need to enter through the back door (holding area) of the building and let someone know you have an active warrant and need to be seen by the judge.
