Ordinance 1337 requires purchases over $5,000.00 & less than $10,000.00 to have at least two phone quotes. Purchases over $10,000.00 & less than $20,000.00 must have at least two written quotes. Purchases over $20,000.00 must be advertised for bids.
The City advertises bids in the Arkansas Democrat -Gazette newspaper and on the City's website two weeks prior to the scheduled bid opening. Addendums are posted on the website as received, so please check the website prior to submitting a bid.
