MLB Pitch Hit & Run

MLB PITCH, HIT, & RUN is a baseball/softball skills competition for girls & boys ages 7-14. This grassroots program is designed to provide youngsters the opportunity to compete in a competition that recognizes individual excellence in core baseball/softball skills, with the opportunity of earning a chance to attend and compete for a Championship during the 2026 MLB World Series!

The Jacksonville Parks & Recreation Department will host a free Pitch, Hit & Run Competition for area youth on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Dupree Park. The event start time is 6pm.

Participants compete in either the Baseball Division or the Softball Division.  Age divisions 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, or 13-14. Age Cut-off set on November 15, 2026.  Participants need to bring a glove. Admission is free.
